Regularly Scheduled Calls to Verify Well Being

My Health Phone software can be set up to make regular check-in contact with seniors.   Subscribers can choose to receive the check-in contact via voice call, sms text message or email, and can also desiginate the frequency and timing of such contacts (e.g, daily at 9:00 am or every Tuesday and Friday at 2:00 pm).  

Subscribers and their caregivers are able to pesonalize contacts to the given needs of the individuials.   Customization can range from treating answering of the phone as a "successful" contact to alternatively asking the subsriber to enter some information such as their blood pressure.  

My Health Phone software is designed to allow subscribers to automatically send messages to their family and caregivers updating them after each check-in.   As with the subscriber contacts, message can be sent by voice call, sms text messages or by email.   Caregiver alerts can also be set up such that a message is sent only if the subscriber doesn’t answer the check-in call or if the requested information falls outside a pre-set range of values (e.g, blood pressure exceeds 160 over 90).  

In this manner, the Check-In services not only give seniors the knowledge they are being looked in on by their caregiver without becoming a burden.   Caregives know that they are "in the loop" in near real-time, if needed, no matter where they are.
