Caregiver Assistance and Confirmation


You worry about your loved one.   You want to make sure they are ok and are taking care of themselves.   However, you don’t want to nag them or start every call with "have you taken your medicine?".  

My Health Phone software can be individually configured to meet the need both of the independent senior and their caregivers.   Calls or electronic messages can be scheduled to meet the senior’s timetable.   If no answer or response is received, additional attempts can be made automatically.  

Caregivers get automatic phone call, text or email notification of any problems, including negative responses or non-response from the senior.   Examples of negative responses include blood pressure readings of 160 over 90, weight gain/loss of ±2 pounds, etc.  

In additon to caregiver confirmations and alerts, My Health Phone also establishes an easy means for seniors to send recorded messages to muliple parties in instances where attention may be needed but 911 contact is not required.   The Teammates button on the My Health Phone home screen can enable such messages with the press of a finger.
